We know that the tension that busy brokers, traders and executives go under through every day so we started EARLY BIRD SWIM CLASSES to maximize the benefits of swimming.
Over 90% of people who exercise *consistently*,exercise in the morning. If you want to exercise
consistently, odds are in your favor if you exercise first thing in the morning. Wen you exercise in the morning it jump starts your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours,sometimes up to 24 hours.That means that you are burning more calories
all day long JUST because you exercised in the morning.

Many people find that early morning exercise-“regulates” their appetite for the day -and they eat less.. Several people have told me that it puts them in a “healthy mindset.”learning a new skills requires mental acuity that dissipates after a long days work.
Learning to swim has largely to do with the retention of the skills in the muscle memory and it is more effective to learn before your day is crammed with other information.
